Court of Appeal confirms that controlling shareholders can be employees

Employers who fail to pay Tribunal awards may be "named and shamed"

 

The Government has announced that employers who fail to pay Tribunal awards will be added to the public Register of Judgments, Orders and Fines when enforcement proceedings are brought against them.
