Court of Appeal guidance on the meaning of 'harassment' under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997
In some circumstances, employees are eligible to claim harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. The Court of Appeal in Veakins v Kier Islington Ltd had to consider the type of conduct that would amount to 'harassment' under the Act.
