The Department for Work and Pensions publishes guidance on forthcoming 'fit notes'
The Government has recently published guidance on the new 'fit note' scheme which is due to be introduced on 6 April 2010. It is hoped that the 'fit note' may facilitate an earlier return to work for sick employees.
