Unfair dismissal: the range of reasonable responses


In Sarkar v West London Mental Health NHS Trust the Court of Appeal restored an Employment Tribunal's finding that an employee's dismissal for gross misconduct was fair.  In doing so they restated the importance of the 'range of reasonable responses' test in determining whether a dismissal is fair.
