Employment Appeal Tribunal order penalty of £20,000 for breach of the Information and Consultation Regulations
In the case of Brown v G4 Security (Cheltenham) the EAT imposed a penalty of £20,000 for G4's failure to comply with its obligations under the Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 2004.
